By now you’ve probably seen Robert Pattison’s “Dispatch From Isolation” on GQ, in it he thanks Batman for his meal plan, and recounts microwaving pasta, which unsurprisingly, he describes as “disgusting” to which I can only ask—”Why?”
But I digress, we are gathered together today, on this screen, with your limited attention span (which I’m eternally grateful for) to learn more about pasta, preferably, the non-microwavable kind. Me, being the kind of person that cherishes and respects your time, am forever on your side and for this week, we keep the chatter to a minimum and double up the recipe.
